Every parcel is colored by its estimated market price per square meter, from affordable green to premium red, so price hotspots and regional patterns show up at a glance. Search an address or click a parcel to see the figures behind the color.
Read price levels on the map
- The legend marks the lowest and highest parcel prices in the current view as you pan and zoom
- Auto mode rescales the colors to the parcels on screen; Custom keeps a fixed price range you set
- Filter by residential type (single-unit or multi-unit) and add commercial, agricultural or other zones back to the map
- Switch between swisstopo base maps, aerial imagery and 3D buildings
Value, Rent and Build for each parcel
- Value: the estimated price per square meter and the estimated total, with nearby parcels for sale as comparables
- Rent: the rent level in the parcel's municipality, for apartments and houses
- Build: an indicative estimate of the buildable volume, not a permit
